1 | Do you offer a free initial consultation?

Yes. Please contact us to schedule a complimentary 30-minute telephone consultation.

2 | What pricing and packages do you offer?

Our pricing is based on length of session and whether you’re looking for individual or relationship coaching. As you consider what works best for you, know that we like to work in packages of at least 6 visits so that we can go deep and maximize our time together. Packages also save you money.

Single Session Pricing

Single Sessions for Individuals:
30 minutes for $50
One hour for $85

Single Sessions for 2-3 People:
    plus $25 for each additional person
30 minutes for $65
One hour for $110

Package Pricing

Packages for Individuals
3 session package for $210
    savings of $45
6 session package for $420
    savings of $90

Packages for 2-3 people
3 session package for $270
    savings of $60
6 session package for $540
    savings of $120

3 | Do you take insurance?

No. For this reason, we’ve sought to make our rates very affordable. It’s our desire that limited finances restrict no one from seeking help.

4 | Do you see people on a sliding scale?

Yes. If you want and need life coaching and/or spiritual guidance but are unable to afford it, please contact us to discuss our sliding scale.

5 | Cancellation/Missed Appointment Policy

We require 24 hours notice for all cancellations. Failure to cancel within that time frame results in a charge for your full session fee.

6 | How are sessions conducted?

Life coaching sessions with individuals and couples are held via Zoom, a video platform similar to Skype. Zoom is easy to use on any device. Our clients continue to report that having sessions via Zoom is convenient to use anywhere and provides them with both flexibility and confidentiality. On occasion when clients are unable to meet via Zoom exceptions can be made to meet by phone. Life coaching conducted in groups (e.g. classes, workshops, etc.) are offered both in person and via Zoom.

7 | How many sessions will I need?

We like to see our clients every other week to allow enough time in between sessions for you to complete agreed-upon exercises and action steps. We have found that the best results come from 3 to 6 months of coaching and so we recommend that you make an investment of 6 to 12 sessions. That said, there are times when a single session is exactly what a client needs and we offer an option for that as well. Individuals have different needs and everyone is assessed during our complimentary consultation if a customized program is needed. We are also available in-between regularly scheduled sessions for quick emails or phone calls should anything come up or if extra clarification is needed.

8 | What should I expect in the first session?

Prior to your first session, there will be some general intake information for you to complete. We’ll send this to you through email. During your first visit, we’ll begin the session by reviewing the completed paperwork together and discussing your desire for life coaching and/or spiritual guidance. We listen carefully to your feelings, needs, and goals to best determine how we’ll partner with you on your path of self-discovery.

9 | Is what I say confidential?

All client-coach conversations are private and confidential. In those rare exceptions when the safety of a client or someone else is at risk, disclosure of confidential client-coach information takes place.
